Dinner in Cusco with an Andean Folk Show
We'll meet up at the Tunupa Plaza de Armas restaurant and get our evening started. We'll have a delicious dinner while watching an Andean folk show in Cusco. Let's go!
You'll step inside the restaurant and be assigned a table as live music starts playing in the background. The show consists of 10 songs with different Andean instruments and 6 typical dances from this part of Peru - a fantastic way to learn more about the local culture.
While you take in the show, you'll be served a delicious dinner that'll consist of three traditional dishes from the region. You'll be able to choose the menu depending on your preferences.
After 2 hours of food and culture, we'll say our goodbyes at the entrance of Tunupa Plaza de Armas.
Menu
Below are the dishes included in each type of menu:
- Option 1: For the first course, we'll serve quinoa soup with vegetables and chicken. The second course will feature green rice with chicken paella. For dessert, we'll have carrot cake
- Option 2: For the first course, we'll have tiradito del Valle. The second course will be quinoa gratin with alpaca in lomo saltado sauce. For dessert, a coffee tiramisu.
- Option 3: For the first course, we'll serve potatoes with huancaína sauce. The second course will feature grilled trout with a fresh salad and french fries. For dessert, we'll have coconut croquant.
