On this pisco tour, we’ll visit three emblematic venues in Cusco to explore every facet of this traditional drink, from its origins to its creative modern twists. Our first stop will be La Taberna, the gourmet bar of Pachapapa, where we’ll learn about the history of pisco and its fermentation process.
After this introduction, we’ll enjoy a tasting of three pisco musts and watch a live preparation of the house specialty, the Tumbo Sour, crafted by a professional bartender. Next, we’ll head to Kion, a restaurant known for its fusion of Peruvian and Cantonese cuisine.
