On board this boat ride in Galveston, we’ll combine music, a lively atmosphere, and the golden tones of sunset while sailing through one of Texas’s historic ports. A journey that promises a lot!
At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at Pier 21 and, once ready, we’ll set sail at sunset from the port of Galveston, when the sun begins to dip below the horizon. All aboard!
As we move away from the pier, the music on board will start setting the rhythm of the journey. For 45 minutes, we’ll sail during the golden hour, when the sky lights up with amber and pink tones over the Gulf of Texas.
Throughout the route, we’ll hear stories of pirates who sailed these waters, talk about the devastating hurricane of 1900, and learn about the merchant past that turned Galveston into one of the most important ports in the gulf.
As we continue, we’ll see historic ships, piers, and the silhouette of the port outlined against the setting sun.
Finally, we’ll sail back to the starting point and say our goodbyes. See you soon!
