Caldeirão Dam Bike Tour
We'll meet up in Praça Luís de Camões square at the scheduled time. Here, we'll begin our adventure by hopping onto our bicycles and setting off to explore the Caldeirão Dam. Sports enthusiasts, this one's for you!
Our route will take us westward, through the stunning natural landscapes surrounding the town, until we arrive at the reservoir. We'll approach the watershed viewpoint to relish the magnificent panoramic views of the dam.
Throughout our journey, we'll also make stops at other natural viewpoints in Guarda, including the Mocho Real viewpoint, where we'll appreciate the lush green hills of this central Portuguese region. This is a perfect opportunity for a photo op!
Before concluding our tour, we'll visit Guarda's keep, offering an unbeatable view of the Serra da Estrela.
Finally, after four hours of cycling, we'll return to our starting point by the Caldeirão Dam.
