Would you like to discover the north of Fuerteventura? On this tour, we’ll explore the famous dunes of Corralejo Natural Park and visit El Cotillo and Piedra Playa. Let yourself be captivated by the northernmost part of the island!
Day Trip Details
At the scheduled time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and head to Corralejo Natural Park, one of the main attractions in northern Fuerteventura.
For approximately half an hour, we’ll travel through this protected area in search of the famous Corralejo dunes, whose pale sand contrasts beautifully with the blue and turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
After visiting this stunning natural landscape, we’ll leave behind its iconic sand mounds and continue our tour toward the Tostón Lighthouse. Did you know it’s one of the oldest on the island? It was inaugurated in 1867!
We’ll make a stop of around 20 minutes at this lighthouse, which stands on a headland offering beautiful views over the Bocaina Strait, the channel that separates Fuerteventura from Lanzarote.
Next, we’ll head to the fishing village of El Cotillo, where we’ll stop for 1 hour and 40 minutes so you can enjoy a swim at La Concha cove. You can also take this break to have lunch on your own.
Afterwards, we’ll set off for the cliffs of Piedra Playa to enjoy their spectacular scenery for half an hour. Our final stop will be at a local Aloe Vera farm, where we’ll spend about 40 minutes learning about the benefits of this plant with multiple properties.
We’ll then return to your hotel, where arrival is scheduled 7 hours after pickup.
