At the indicated time, we'll meet at Calle O' Higgins s/n in Pisco Elqui, from which point we'll head toward Alto Elqui.
Our first destination will be Monte Fraile, where we'll explore the tasting room of the Elqui Capel Agricultural Cooperative. Following this, we'll head to the Fundo Los Nichos Pisco winery, one of the oldest in Chile, with a history dating back to the 18th century! Here, we'll venture into its underground cellar to uncover its hidden secrets.
During the tour, we'll also talk about everything from Chile's great pisco tradition and the origins of this distillate - why is it so popular, and how many different varieties exist?
The tour will then continue at the Doña Josefa artisanal pisco distillery, where we'll visit its field of grapevines and enjoy a well-deserved pisco sour tasting - the perfect finale!
We'll conclude our tour by returning to the meeting point in Pisco Elqui, where we're scheduled to arrive 3 hours after pickup.
