Activity Details
On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the Pasaje Aurora de Chile in Pisco Elqui. There you can choose the cycling equipment that best suits you.
Then, in just 30 minutes, we'll take you from Pisco Elqui to Alcohuaz. Your route will begin in this picturesque town of the Elqui Valley, located at an altitude of over 7,000 ft (1,740 m). Ready to roll?
Once we arrive, we'll give you a map, and you'll do the cycling route on your own. You'll pedal down a 9.3-mile (15.10 km) rural road of medium difficulty, where you'll enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Elqui River Valley. These landscapes are sure to become one of your most beautiful memories!
During your route, you'll be able to stop whenever you please in emblematic places such as the Los Nichos & Doña Josefa pisco distilleries and the main squares in Alcohuaz or Horcón, two very charming and unique villages. You'll also have access to a picnic area and restrooms, and you'll be able to visit the Estero Derecho River.
The route will last approximately 5 hours. Please note that at the end of the route, you'll have to make your own way to the meeting point in Pisco Elqui.
