Osorno Volcano Day Trip

After picking you up from your hotel in central Puerto Montt at 8:30 am, we'll head to Lake Llanquihue. From there, we'll begin a route along the shore, exploring the beautiful natural landscapes of the Osorno Volcano.

We'll continue around the lake until reaching the town of Ensenada, where we'll enter the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. This is one of the most beautiful parts of Chile! Once we're inside this glorious protected natural area, we'll start our ascent to the Osorno Volcano ski station.

On the route, we'll see the volcano crater, and we'll have wonderful panoramic views of the River Pertohué valley and the other volcanoes that surround Lake Llanquihue. Do you know the origins of this lake? You'll find out as we climb the slopes of the volcano!

Once we reach the ski station, you'll have about an hour of free time to relax and take in the exceptional views either from the center's cafeteria, or you can take the Osorno ski lift on your own. You'll be able to ascend up to 1450 meters on the first stretch, and up to 1750 meters on the second - the views are of the lake are truly breathtaking!

Finally, we'll start our return trip to Puerto Montt, where we'll arrive around 1:30 pm.

This activity is not available for cruise passengers since pickup at the port is not possible.
