The surf course in Punta Negra takes place at Punta Rocas beach, one of the main surfing competition spots in Lima, the perfect place to learn how to ride waves like a pro!
With the help of a certified professional instructor, you'll learn the necessary skills to ride the best waves in Punta Negra. First of all, we'll divide the class into three groups, according to the level of experience on the board of each participant: basic, pre-intermediate and intermediate.
Next, we'll begin stretching and warming up in and out of the water to get your muscles ready for this sport and avoid possible injuries. And then we'll get in the sea! First, we'll learn the basic movements and postures with some exercises on the shore. The instructor will teach you how to balance on the board and catch the best waves.
After an hour and a quarter surfing lesson, we will return to the meeting point. If you have booked a multi-class course, we'll see you at the next one!
When you book your surf course in Punta Hermosa, you can choose to take a single surf lesson or several lessons, spread over different periods. If you choose a course of 4, 8 or 12 lessons, you can divide them into 2 weeks, 2 months or 3 months, the choice is yours!
