Discover Rada Tilly, one of the southernmost beaches in the Americas, on a paddleboard adventure along the South Atlantic and Patagonia’s stunning coastline. You'll love it!
Stand-up Paddleboarding at Rada Tilly
Ready for a trip to one of the southernmost beaches on the American continent? Then let’s meet at Rada Tilly beach. There, we’ll set off on a stand-up paddleboarding adventure that’s perfect for discovering the Patagonian coast from a completely different perspective.
First of all, we’ll have a 20-minute technical briefing on the sand. We’ll learn how to position ourselves correctly on the board, paddling techniques, and some basic concepts about the sea.
Once kitted out and ready for action, we’ll head into the water to enjoy 1 hour of paddling off Rada Tilly Bay. We’ll paddle with the gentle rhythm of the ocean while taking in Chubut’s vast coastal landscapes, including its distinctive cliffs, long stretches of sandy beaches, and deep-blue waters.
During the trip, we’ll head out to sea in search of calm areas where the swell allows for smooth paddling. We’ll also keep an eye out for the marine wildlife typical of Patagonia. Did you know that the coast of Chubut forms part of one of the migratory routes for various species of cetaceans and seabirds? With a bit of luck, we might spot sea lions.
Finally, we’ll return to the beach and say our goodbyes after 1.5 hours at the original meeting point.
