We'll meet at the agreed time at the Lion of Schwerin monument and we'll begin our walking tour through the main sights of the German city.
The Market Square will be our first stop, located in the heart of the historic centre of Schwerin. From this point, we'll see the Cathedral, one of the oldest buildings in the city, and we'll begin to learn about the origins of this town and its curious geography. Did you know that it's surrounded by more than ten lakes?
Our next stop will take us to the Victory Column, a monument that symbolises the great triumphs of this region. Of course, as this is a private tour, you'll decide which parts of the city you want to stop at.
The Schwerin Castle is without a doubt one of the main symbols of the city. The former home of the Dukes of Mecklenburg will surprise you with its impressive surroundings and its imposing façade.
We'll round up the tour at a central point of your choice after a 2 hour walk.
