On this day trip from Taghazout, we'll take you to Agadir so that you can discover the great charms of this city bathed by the waters of the Atlantic at your own pace.
At the indicated time, we'll meet at your hotel and head to Agadir, a modern city in the south-west of Morocco, located just 30 minutes from Taghazout.
Once there, you'll have approximately 2 hours of free time to discover Agadir at your leisure. Although it does not have a traditional Medina, having suffered an earthquake in 1960 that destroyed much of its historic centre, the Moroccan government took it upon itself to rebuild it and transform it into a beautiful destination.
During your visit, you'll see that Agadir has a rich contemporary architectural heritage and an interesting ethnographic museum. If you want to learn more about its history and culture, we recommend a visit to the Bert Flint Municipal Museum, the Central Post Office or the Open Air Theatre.
For religious culture, you can discover the Loubnane and Mohammed V mosques, and of course, you can't miss the lively souk. There, you can connect with local traditions and even buy some souvenirs.
After this time, we'll meet up again to take you back to the starting point, where we'll finally say goodbye after a total of 3 hours.
