At 8 am we'll pick you up at your hotel in Tingo Maria and drive to the village of Pendencia, about 25 minutes away. Here, on the top of a plateau, you'll find the beautiful Laguna de Los Milagros.
It's a 8 metres deep lake, which is very popular with the locals as a recreational area. We'll walk along the shore of the lake observing its abundant and varied fauna and we'll see exotic plants such as the huairuros. Afterwards, we'll leave you free time to enjoy the surroundings of the lagoon.
Afterwards, we'll take a boat to the other side of the lagoon. Here we'll disembark and start a walk through the famous Tarzan jungle, a hiking route through caves, colpas and liana forests. Along the way you'll be able to climb rocks and hang from vines - you'll feel like a tue explorer!
Afterwards, we’ll return to the lagoon, where we'll leave you free time to relax after the hike with a refreshing swim. Finally, we'll return to Tingo Maria and drop you off at your hotel at 1 pm.
