Climb and descend through ravines and waterfalls on the way to the Velo de las Ninfas with this rappelling activity at the Tambillo Waterfalls - a real adventure!
We'll pick you up at your accommodation in Tingo María at 8 am and head to Tambillo, a natural area located in the district of the same name. After a 25-minute drive, we'll arrive at this point and begin an adventure through the jungle.
During the three-hour route, we'll cross streams, rivers and waterfalls as we head into the heart of the Peruvian jungle. We'll put on our harnesses and rappel down some of the waterfalls along the way, making the experience even more fun.
We'll follow the marked path through the ravine until we reach the Velo de las Ninfas waterfall, where a natural pool of crystalline waters awaits. Here you can relax while taking a dip surrounded by lush vegetation - perfect for cooling off after an intense hike!
Finally, we'll walk back to the town of Tambillo Grande, where transportation will be waiting to take you back to Tingo María. We'll drop you off at your hotels at 2 pm.
