At the appointed time we'll meet at Igreja Matriz Nossa Senhora Mãe dos Homens, where we'll begin our tour of Urubici. Ready to discover the natural beauty hidden in this city of the state of Santa Catarina? Off we go!
First, we'll go to the Belvedere viewpoint, where we'll have the opportunity to admire the exuberant landscapes that characterize the area. During the tour, we'll talk about the town's past while looking at some interesting rock inscriptions by the Xokleng, a tribe of Indigenous Peoples who lived here thousands of years ago.
The tour of Urubici will take us to Gruta Nossa Senhora de Lourdes, a place visited not only by devout Catholics but also by those seeking to disconnect in a unique natural environment. The next stop will be at the natural rock arch of Pedra Furada, located in the São Joaquim National Park - the views from here are amazing!
Before continuing the tour, we'll take a break between 11:30 am and 1 pm for lunch. Then, with our batteries recharged, we'll visit the Véu da Noiva & Avencal waterfalls. We'll take some time to admire their stunning natural beauty.
Finally, after six hours, we'll conclude the tour of Urubici back at the starting point.
