We'll pick you up at the indicated time from your hotel in Ushuaia to set off on an exciting 4x4 tour around Tierra del Fuego. Are you ready to explore the most southerly landscapes of Argentina?
We'll start this route in an all-terrain vehicle heading towards mirador del Valle Carbajal. After observing the fuegino landscapes from up here, we'll continue towards the Garibaldi Pass. It's one of the best places to take in the Escondido and Fagnano lakes!
From this point, which is the most southerly mountain pass in the world, we'll cross the forest of lengas as we travel alongside the banks of lake Escondido. The trip will then progress towards the shores of lake Fagnano, where Estancia La Carmen can be found.
Upon arriving at this point, you can make use of the instalations at Estancia La Carmen, take a walk along the banks of the lake and visit the Estancia Museum, which explains the history and old settlers of Tierra del Fuego. We're sure you'll be surprised!
Then, we'll get our strength back up at the Estancia enjoying a traditional argentinian lunch. The menu includes a board of ham and cheese for starters, a typical BBQ with salad or vegetables for mains and a homemade flan for dessert.
After this exquisite meal on the shores of lake Fagnano, we'll return to Ushuaia. We expect to arrive back at your hotel 7.5 hours after the initial pickup.
