Its Capela dos Fundadores is a gem that will surely surprise you. Next, we'll head to the Convento de São Francisco, where you'll also explore its different rooms.
We'll continue our tour at the river port on the Ave River. Here, we'll visit the inside of the Nau Quinhentista, a life-size replica of a Portuguese boat from the 16th century, the golden period of the Age of Discovery. We'll also see the customs facilities at the port.
Then, we'll go to the Capela de Nossa Senhora de Socorro and head to the town's coast. Here, on a breakwater that extends into the Atlantic Ocean, we'll visit the Capela de Nossa Senhora da Guia.
