On this visit to the Araucária Winery we'll explore one of the most famous wineries in São José dos Pinhais. We'll stroll through the vineyards and enjoy a wine and cheese tasting.
At the time of your choice we'll pick you up at your hotel in Curitiba and drive to the town of São José dos Pinhais to visit one of its famous wineries, Vinícola Araucária.
After a 40 minutes drive, we'll arrive at the Araucária Winery. We'll get out of the vehicle and start a two-hour guided tour of this wine company.
During the tour, we'll learn all about the winemaking process, from harvesting to bottling. The guide will also tell us about the types of beverages that are produced in the winery with French and Italian grapes. We'll enjoy all this while we walk through the vineyards, the barrel room, the fermentation area and the rest of the facilities.
After the visit, we'll enter the tasting area to sample the exquisite products of the winery Vinícola Araucária. Accompanied by an oenologist, we'll learn how to distinguish the nuances of the three wines that we'll be tasting. You'll become real experts! You'll also be able to taste the rich cheese of the region- it's the perfect pairing!
