Curitiba Sightseeing Tour
At the time of your choice we'll pick you up at your hotel in Curitiba to start exploring this city in the south of Brazil. During the tour, we'll combine walking and bus tours to get a super-comprehensive overview of the capital of the state of Paraná.
We'll start the route with a panoramic tour of the centre of Curitiba. We'll see its main tourist attractions, such as the Avenida Palace, the Cathedral, the Guaira Theatre, the Federal University of Paraná or the Liberty Palace, declared a National Historic Monument.
While we admire the most emblematic monuments of Curitiba, we'll tell you lots of interesting historical facts about this city. For example, did you know that it became the capital of Brazil in 1969? However, this honour only lasted a few days, and we'll find out why!
We'll make our first stop at the botanical garden of Curitiba. We'll visit its greenhouse, walk through Pope's Woods and see the Polish Memorial, a tribute to the Polish people who contributed to the development of the city.
We'll then return to the vehicle and head to the Opera de Alambre, a theatre that surprises visitors with its curious metallic design - it took less than three months to build! After visiting this arts venue, we'll head to Tanguá Park, where we'll stop to admire its French-style gardens and beautiful fountains.
After four hours of sightseeing, we'll finish our tour of Curitiba by dropping you off at your hotel.
