At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Praça Luís de Camões to begin our tour of the medieval towns of the district of Guarda. Let's go!
Firstly, we'll make our way to Sabugal, famous for its castles and hiking route on the banks of the Côa River. Afterwards, we'll discover the charm of Alfaiates and its beautiful cobblestone streets. It'll seem as though time has stopped here!
We'll continue the tour, discovering the curious history of Vila do Touro and Vilar Maior until we arrive at Sortelha, which has maintained its medieval architecture with granite stone houses, walls and an imposing castle.
Finally, we'll say our goodbyes back at the meeting point. Until next time!
