Cerro Avanzado Sunset Trip
We'll pick you up from your accommodation in Puerto Madryn as the sun starts to go down and climb on board a 4x4 vehicle to cross the dunes of Punta Loma and Paraná beach. We'll make a stop to admire the remains of El Folías, a sunken fishing boat.
After a half-hour drive, we'll arrive at our destination: Cerro Avanzado Hill. Under the warm dusk light, we'll explore this rocky outcrop on the Patagonian coast, using our binoculars and torch, which is over 91 meters (300 feet) high!
We'll explore the area, tracing fox and guanaco footprints while the guide tells us all about the origins of this geological formation. And if you thought you had seen everything on the hill, wait until you see the fossil remains.
Once the walk is over, we'll enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine and an aperitif in the tranquil Patagonian wilderness while admiring the sunset sky. This is a magical scene you'll never forget.
Finally, we'll return to Puerto Madryn and accompany you back to your hotel, where the trip ends about 2 hours later.
