Mount Fitz Roy 2 Day Hike

Day 1: El Chaltén - Poincenot

We'll meet at the indicated time at Avenida San Martín in El Chaltén. There we'll board a minibus and take you to the area of El Pilar, where you'll start a self-guided trekking route through Mount Fitz Roy.

You'll walk for about an hour until we reach the Piedras Blancas Glacier viewpoint, where you can stop to admire the extraordinary views. Then we'll continue in the direction of the Río Blanco river and head up towards the Laguna de los Tres. Around two hours later we'll reach our destination - and it'll be worth the climb!

After a well-deserved rest, you can make your way to the campsite for dinner and a place to spend the night. Congratulations - you've made it past the first stage!

Day 2: Poincenot - El Chaltén

You'll have breakfast at the base camp to get energy for the rest of the day.

After breakfast, you'll start your return to El Chaltén, where we'll be waiting for you. Arrival is scheduled for 5 pm.

Accommodation

This hike includes 1 night's accommodation in double tents at Poincenot Camp. Dinner is included on the first day and breakfast on the second. You can also book the option including lunch and we'll provide your lunch on each day of the hike.
